The registered
users can make reservations of hotel rooms and excursions directly from
their personal conference accounts. Reservations of space for exhibitions
will be available soon.
The invitation/acceptation
letters have been generated as PDF files and sent automatically by EMail
to all registered corresponding authors. No originals will be sent by
regular mail. In case of any problems (e.g. with visa) please contact
secretariat at icct2008.org. Normally, the form of presentation will
be that proposed by the corresponding author. But the detailed time
table of the conference is still under preparation. Thus, in case of
any changes the corresponding authors will be informed immediately.
Please note that only those authors who have a regular status with respect
to the conference fee payment will be placed in the final time table
and in the abstract book of the conference.
Some of you have informed
us about having problems with money transfer for the conference fee
payment. Thus, the deadline for the regular fee payment is extended
to May 15, 2008.
A confirmation in the personal
account of the fee payment can be done only when the money is transferred
into the conference account. Thus, be patient please, because the transfer
of money can last a few weeks.

The conference
will start on Sunday August 3 afternoon with a registration and a welcome
party and end on Friday August 8 at noon or early afternoon. The detailed
programme is under preparation. We still receive new abstracts.
It is kindly reminded to all those colleagues who have forgotten to
accomplish their full registration, that only the Authors who have paid
the conference fee, or have been informed that their fees have been
waived, will be placed in the time table of the conference. The Organising
Committee must be sure that the presenting Authors will be present at
the conference. There will be no cashier department at the conference
site.
As it is written in
the "Payment" window the all costs of money transfer
have to be paid by the registrant. For the credit cards the costs have
two
components: 1) the cost of card charging and transferring into PLN,
which
is 3.5 % and 2) the difference between the exchange rate in our bank
and
the bank of the registrant. For the wire transfer the costs include
both
the cost in the country of the sender and the cost in Poland.
Those, who have given their VAT number will receive the invoices for
the
conference fee payment immediately after the payment arrives at the
conference bank account. The other participants will receive their invoices
at the registration desk.
Dimensions available
for poster presentations are: 1 m large and 2.5 m high.
A GROMADA SHUTTLE will be
available at the Warsaw Airport. If you plan to arrive by air you should
inform Gromada hotel by E-Mail

about your flight, date and time of arrival as promptly as possible
and the GROMADA SHUTTLE will pick up you to the hotel.
FURTHER TRANSPORTATION ADVICES
Those who have room reservation at SEZAM can go to the Gromada Conference
Centre by bus number 188 from the bus stop ROZBRAT. At the end of the
Lazienkowska avenue the bus turns left (around a monument), go further
near 10-15 min and take off after the viaduct. The GROMADA Conference
Centre is on the left side.
Those who live in the down town, or in the old town, or come by train
to the Central Station, can take bus number 175 (direction airport).
After the monument (crossing with the Lazienkowska avenue) continue
your trip near 10-15 min and take off after the viaduct. The GROMADA
Conference Centre is on the left side.
Those who are lost at the airport and cannot find the hotel shuttle
can take bus 175 or 188 and take off at the 3rd bus stop, just in front
of the GROMADA Conference Centre.
Transportation tickets can be purchased with the bus driver (3.20 PLN
equivalent of near one EUR).
